Aligning Strategy and Factory Execution at Global Scale

I’m a Product Engineer turned Manufacturing Leader, with 10+ years of experience delivering complex, cross‑functional programs end to end and turning ideas into robust, manufacturable products at scale. My background in mechanical design and product development means I approach challenges with analytical rigor, creative problem‑solving, and a strong focus on efficiency, cost, and industrial feasibility.

Today, I operate as a Manufacturing Manager and Team Lead: I direct multidisciplinary teams, steer industrialization and product launches, and ensure that strategy, design, and operations remain tightly aligned. I’m known for bringing structure to complexity, keeping teams engaged and accountable, and driving measurable results in demanding, fast‑changing environments.

A core strength is leadership through influence and negotiation: aligning internal stakeholders across engineering, procurement, finance, and operations; building trust with international suppliers across Asia and Europe; and creating win‑win solutions that balance quality, cost, and timelines. I create clarity, foster collaboration, and turn competing interests into shared objectives and clear KPIs.

What sets me apart is my ability to link technical insight with business impact. I focus on scalable, sustainable solutions while leading people and operations with purpose, transparency, and a clear sense of direction. I am now targeting Manufacturing Engineering Director, Operations Director, and Managing Director–type roles where I can shape strategy, build high‑performing organizations, and drive operational excellence and growth at scale.

Project leadership

I am a manufacturing and product development leader who builds and directs high‑performing teams at the intersection of innovation, cost, and industrial execution. Over more than 20 years in R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing leadership, I have consistently turned complex, cross‑functional programs into measurable business results, keeping projects on track, meeting aggressive cost targets, and delivering significant savings without compromising quality or time‑to‑market.

At Kave Home, as Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead, I direct a multidisciplinary team responsible for supplier development, critical process ownership, product re‑engineering, and cost/price strategy across the global supply base. I own end‑to‑end relationships with an international supplier network across Asia (India, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Indonesia) and Europe, setting and enforcing cost, quality, and lead‑time targets at portfolio level. In this role, I lead negotiations, align engineering, procurement, and finance around shared objectives, and drive continuous improvement across critical processes and product families.

My leadership experience spans the full product lifecycle and multiple industries. At HP (R&D ME), I led the Molded Fiber lab, coordinated the technical team, and spearheaded design investigations that improved MultiJet Fusion molds for the molded fiber industry, generating pending patents and new process know‑how.

At Arthur Holm, I led the development of award‑winning, patented products and owned the journey from concept through design for manufacture to mass production, while driving cross‑functional cost‑optimization initiatives that reduced production costs by 15%.

At HP, I led mechanical development for large‑format printer sub‑assemblies, created a patented vertical paper cutter now used globally, and supported the implementation of a new production line in Singapore—overseeing setup, operator training, and pre‑mass‑production validation to ensure a smooth ramp‑up and robust quality control.

Beyond corporate environments, I co‑founded and led engineering for 3V, a start‑up developing sports scoreboards, guiding a small team from concept and prototyping through supplier selection and small‑batch manufacturing.

At Salicru Electronics, I led product and mechanical development for international customers (including Powervar, US) and supported the implementation of manufacturing equipment and processes in China, contributing to a substantial sales increase for the product line.

Across these roles, I have repeatedly:

Built and led multidisciplinary teams in R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing.

Influenced without formal authority, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders around clear objectives, and deadlines.

Structured execution in demanding environments, from standing up new production lines to launching new product families and entering new markets.

Balanced innovation with industrial discipline, ensuring that ambitious designs are manufacturable, cost‑effective, and reliable at scale.
